Project Assistant
The candidate will maintain calendar for Managing Partner and provide appropriate preparation for daily activities. Coordinate travel and manage corporate expense reports on a monthly basis. Assist with ad hoc projects and presentations. General administrative support to other Partners across the office. Draft correspondence and create PowerPoint presentations including organizing/collecting data, typing, formatting, and proofing. Liaise with business support departments (Finance, Billing, Marketing, etc.) on behalf of Managing Partner. Track invoicing and billing and serve as a point of contact to help resolve issues and special requests. Develop a working knowledge of in-house case management tool to run, manipulate, and finalize reports. Gain an understanding of immigration terminology and procedures and apply that understanding to research projects.
