The candidate will manage an ethics and compliance integration program related to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and exit transactions (e.g. Other Bet spinouts). Will manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement with Legal, Finance, and other key stakeholders in the Alphabet compliance ecosystem. Develop materials to support an entity’s compliance before, during, and after a merger, acquisition, joint venture formation, or spinout. Create repeatable support models for compliance integrations. Be proficient with legal compliance and control systems within Alphabet and relevant entities in order to design and implement a roadmap to ensure a seamless transition of compliance infrastructure, processes, tools, and systems. Provide legal compliance advisory services and support for special projects as needed.
