Law Clerk

The candidate will assist lawyers with preparation of patent prosecution related papers for submission to USPTO. Assist lawyers with conducting interviews with patent examiners. Assist with preparation of patent applications and responses to Official Actions. Communicate orally and in writing with company clients regarding case status. Conduct legal research in support of intellectual property litigation matters. Should have JD degree, or foreign equivalent, with concentration in Intellectual Property Law. LLM in lieu of JD degree is considered. Should have 1+ year of experience or 1 year of experience in any intellectual property. Legal research in the field of intellectual property/patent law is required.
