_HCA MidAmerica_division consists of 13 hospitals in Missouri, Kansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. This position will be located in the division offices in New Orleans.
HCA MidAmerica is part of HCA, one of the nation’s leading providers of healthcare services,. HCA is made up of locally managed facilities that include 177 hospitals and 119 freestanding surgery centers located in 20 U.S. states and in the United Kingdom.
Assists DVPQ to ensure success in achieving stated goals. The Division Assistant Vice President interfaces with Division and facility leadership to execute on key quality and safety strategies. Oversees Division regulatory compliance and emergency preparedness.
The Assistant Vice President must possess strategic vision, excellent communication skills, proven motivational capabilities, an executive presence, and a demonstrated track record of delivering results and attaining goals. Some travel required.
*Education – *Bachelor’s degree required (BSN)
Master’s degree preferred (MSN or MBA)
*Experience – *Minimum 10 years leadership experience preferred
Management experience preferred
Experience working in multi-facility environment preferred
*License/Certification – *Clinical licensure required (RN)
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
Certified Professional in Risk Management (CPRM) preferred
