Duties:

• Sign up new clients and manage initial consultations.
• Develop assigned matters through detailed case analysis and legal research.
• Review demands and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Handle initial litigation procedures under supervision.
• Manage resolution of matters and disbursement of client funds.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas and good standing with the State Bar.
• 0-3 years of experience in Personal Injury law preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Education and Certifications:
