the candidate should have 2-8 years of complex litigation experience. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and large-firm or equivalent experience to join our team. Assume substantial responsibility, including drafting briefs on critical motions, managing discovery, and participating in depositions and court appearances. Admission to the New York bar is required. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Experience litigating ERISA benefits and/or insurance coverage disputes is preferred.
