The candidate must have 3+ years of experience either within the Federal Government or in private practice. Should have demonstrated expertise in procurement issues such as: government contract formation; contract administration; litigation (including bid protests, disputes, and claims); procurement fraud investigations and related litigation; cost accounting; construction contracting; Service Contract Act; and intellectual property issues. Should have Graduation from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership from any of the 50 states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands are required.
