Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Intellectual Property Transactions and Patent Prosecution.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Registration to practice with the USPTO.
• Active membership and good standing with the NY Bar or eligibility to waive in.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Registration to practice with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
