Legal Secretary
The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment supporting busy litigation attorneys. Duties include e-filing, drafting letters, maintaining paper and electronic files, calendaring, communication with the courts, scheduling, travel arrangements, and email management. Some overtime is required. Should have 3+ years of litigation experience and be able to work in a busy, productive office. Ideally, have excellent communication skills, be detailed oriented, have advanced computer skills, possess excellent proofreading and writing skills, work well under pressure and with minimal supervision, as well as work in a team environment. Must have a working knowledge of Florida Court procedures, as well as eService and eFiling. Exposure to FileSite is a plus.
