Location

Duties

• Conduct legal research and provide detailed analysis for litigation support

• Draft pleadings, motions, legal briefs, and other court documents

• Represent clients during court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations

• Manage and prioritize a diverse and evolving caseload

• Collaborate with partners on complex litigation strategies

• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, judges, and mediators

• Participate in case strategy sessions and contribute to legal planning

Requirements

• Admission to the Colorado Bar

• 2–5 years of relevant commercial litigation experience

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

• Experience interfacing directly with clients and attorneys

• Strong decision-making and organizational abilities

• Proven track record of exercising sound legal judgment

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials preferred

Certifications

• Active Colorado Bar license in good standing
