The candidate will contribute to process development and improvements to support the company’s objectives. Support the execution of global trade compliance operations, monitoring, and assessment programs. Provide guidance and leadership on regulatory controls. Plan and execute trade assessments and monitoring activities. Support internal/external trade audits. Collaborate with the Global Trade team, Legal team, and other relevant cross-functional partners to drive continuous improvement and maintain necessary trade controls. Mitigate risk to the organization through proactive process management. Analyze impacts regarding legislative changes and corporate developments. Assist in the application of import/export licenses globally. Should have 8+ years of experience in Global Trade Compliance, with emphasis on the US. Bachelor's Degree preferred in fields such as Business Administration, or Law relating to International Trade. US Customs Broker License or equivalent. Professional compliance certification. Experience in the telecommunications industry. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and competing deadlines. Ability to adapt to rapid change, work with a sense of urgency, and manage time effectively. Excellent communicator and collaborator who can achieve consensus among cross-functional teams. Experience initiating and driving processes. Self-motivated and takes pride in excellence. Solid working knowledge of US trade regulations and procedures.
