Marketing Technology Coordinator

The candidate will work as an integral part of the firm’s Marketing Operations team focusing on client development initiatives, data quality and user support. Collaborate with Business Development (BD) and other key staff to help formulate project plans for CRM-related marketing initiatives and develop creative ways to find new business opportunities. Extract, analyze and report on complex data from CRM and email marketing system to derive business insights related to events, client engagement and trends. Work on data management, integrations and data quality control (cleanup, standardization and verification) in the firm’s CRM system, InterAction. Perform daily CRM maintenance and project-based tasks including, creating and running reports for Business Development, resolving data issues, running data quality searches and data imports. Serve as a backup CRM Administrator in managing licenses, access and other configurations pertaining to the firm’s CRM platform. Collaborate with BD and other key staff to ensure the Firm’s intelligence platform, Foundation, is being used efficiently in order to expand existing client relationships and build new relationships. Assist in managing profiles related to clients, experience, lawyers, and award rankings, to support client development initiatives. In collaboration with the BD and New Business (NB) teams, create export templates and reports that will be used for pitching, league table submissions, and directory/awards submissions, as well as ensuring the content library is up-to-date and reviewed periodically. Perform daily maintenance of the database with a particular focus on data quality, accuracy and expediency of processing, as well as leading the execution of large data loads. Bachelor’s degree, with 2-3 years of experience is required. Experience with InterAction and Foundation Intelligence platform is preferred.
