Senior Immigration Paralegal

The candidate will be preparing and filing a full range of immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions including H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, E-3s, O-1s, PERMs, EB1, EB2/3 I-140s, and AOS. Should preferably have NIV and IV employment-based immigration experience with high-volume clients. Must have Bachelor's degree. Paralegal certificate is a plus. Strong computer, customer, and writing skills is needed. Experience with INSZoom and MS Excel/Outlook is helpful.
