Office Services Assistant

The candidate will data entry / keyboard skills using standard computer office software. Prepare, set-up and clean conference rooms. Maintain pantry, kitchen and breakroom areas. Assist in the mail room/copy center sorting mail, copying, binding, scanning, shredding, assisting with projects. Delivery, pick up and filing of documents at local courts. Delivery and pick up of documents / boxes using personal vehicle. Backup receptionist during breaks/lunch/vacation. Assist with the planning of all office events/meetings. Assist Office Administrator with other administrative functions as needed. Organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.
