Federal Data Systems has a new opportunity for a Data Center Support Technican to work in a DoD data center.
This position is located in Arlington, VA. We are seeking an energetic, people-focused technologist to join a team supporting the Headquarters of the Department of the Army.
Reporting to the Operations Team Lead, this position is responsible for managing the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and/or Engineering preferred or equivalent work experience
· Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
· Security CE (or similar to meet DoD 8570 requirements)
· Technical certification (to meet DoD 8570 requirements)
· Excellent documentation and communication abilities
