Privacy Operations Specialist
The candidate is responsible for supporting privacy policy for the Company family of products. Support case management of data rights requests and execute related scalable support experiences. Document, review and process incoming data privacy requests. Be able to independently investigate complex issues across multiple platforms. Work closely with legal, policy and other cross-functional partners to address complex privacy reports and regulatory inquiries. Communicate clear and precise explanations of team policies and protocols. Effectively plan and collaborate with team members on a range of projects to improve internal efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. Develop and execute initiatives to improve the community’s interaction with the Company platform. Develop skills in a number of different areas including data, tools, project management and quality assessment in support of operational excellence objectives. 1+ years experience in data privacy, legal operations, or paralegal role. Experience solving privacy problems within an operations environment. Communication experience with attention to detail. Experience acting independently across competing priorities and exercise judgment. CIPP/E/US/M/A certification preferred. Knowledgeable about Company's mission and maintaining user trust in the Company family of products.
