Senior Associate/Attorney – CFIUS and Sanctions Practice

The candidate should have 6-8 years of relevant experience. Must be admitted to the New York or D.C. Bar along with excellent credentials. Should have experience preparing CFIUS notices and running CFIUS processes, as well as experience with non-U.S. foreign direct investment regimes, economic sanctions, and export controls. Should have a background and experience in international trade and national security matters is a plus.
