Wiggin and Dana seeks a Senior Associate or Counsel to join one of the most experienced and dynamic health law practices in the region. Qualified candidates should have 6-10 years’ experience representing health care providers, health service vendors, health technology companies, and investors in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations and roll-ups and with a working knowledge of federal and applicable state regulatory considerations involved in health care transactions, including certificate of need, corporate practice of medicine, licensure, change of ownership, reimbursement and Stark and Anti-Kickback requirements. Best match would be a senior associate or counsel with experience representing both non-profit and for-profit health care clients, such as private equity investors and portfolio companies, who is licensed to practice in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey or Pennsylvania.
