Candidate will gain experience in litigation, in leadership, business development, and strategic planning as well. Will include: Drafting complaints and other legal documents. Prepare cases and exhibits for trial. Investigating facts, interviewing witnesses, and analyzing evidence. Preparing and/or finalizing discovery requests and responses.

Conducting research. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with statutes of limitation and other deadlines and rules. Representing the firm in many settings, i.e. deposition proceedings, company events, etc. Being accessible via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams chat for efficient communication with the team.
