Contract Specialist/Paralegal
The candidate will be responsible for the effective coordination of contracts and related administrative issues, as well as providing contract management support, including contract terminations and contract closeouts. Assisting the Legal Department in contract negotiations with customers and vendors. Will provide support on bids, and/or RFPs, and will work closely with the Legal Department, Human Resources and Finance teams. Providing general contracts administration related to the processing and storage of contracts and other legal documentation. Reviewing drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial documentation, such as, contractor agreements, professional services agreements, support services agreements, business to business agreements, labor related agreements, evaluation agreements, amendments, subcontractor installation agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. Support to Legal and other internal business clients on agreement content. Providing guidance to the sales and procurement teams in all aspects of contract review and approval processes.
