Data Entry Clerk / Customer Service Representative

The candidate will accurate initiate client files, review documents, assemble information, and enter client data needed to complete the set-up process. Enter information found on the sign-up and intake documents into firm’s Litify database. Send out notice letters of the firm’s involvement in the case. Perform other duties as assigned. High school diploma degree is required. Associate’s degree is preferred and/or 2+ years of office/clerical experience, preferably in a legal or insurance setting. Prior experience with Litify or other CRM software is a plus.
