The Associate Employer Installation Specialist will be responsible for the installation of assigned accounts, including, but not limited to: structure building and billing set up, structure revisions, researching and resolving structure issues, database loading, and preparation of plan materials such as administrative documents and customer education materials. This position is also responsible for overall employer contract loading using various databases and/or source documents.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am - 4:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 115 W. Wausau Ave. Wausau, WI 54401. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

Primary Responsibilities:

Performs final review of input table and ID card output for quality, accuracy and adherence to job specifications, reports problems.

Coordinates work activities between ID Card Support and Enrollment/Eligibility to ensure all tasks are completed prior to ordering cards for new groups. Orders ID cards for new groups and submits ID Card Order Notification (BD1128A).

Makes recommendations for workflow process improvements, reduction of rework and related expense.

Supports creation and implementation of new or revised quality and workflow standards.

Effectively communicates issues with sensitivity to diverse audiences and follows documented escalation procedures.

Produces customer reports from WC3 that are related to ID card production.

Manages ID card inserts and stickers/labels (Other Insurance, customer communications, announcements), including print production, shipping and vendor notification.

Reviews work orders for changes relating to ID cards.

Completes audit of reject reports in WC3.

Submits SRQs (special handling requests) for bulk shipments for new and renewal groups.

Manages data files for test output and completes regression testing as needed.

','!*!Required Qualifications:

High school diploma / GED (or higher) OR 10 years of experience

6 months experience working in a team environment to solve problems or work on projects

Experience with Microsoft Office software applications including Microsoft Word (creating, editing, saving and sharing documents), Microsoft Excel (creating, saving, editing, sharing files, using formulas) and Microsoft Outlook (creating rules and using calendar, creating, copying, editing, saving and sending correspondence)

Preferred Qualifications:

6 months of experience working with CPS/BWAA

Experience with IT concepts and terminology

Experience with related software applications and related tools

Soft Skills:

Ability to be flexible and work in a constantly changing environment

Self-directed and the ability to prioritize caseloads based on business and customer need

Telecommuting Requirements:

Reside within Wausau, WI

Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)

Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
