The candidate should have a Juris Doctor. Should have 4-6 years of experience. Must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based. Should have strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment. Should have experience in mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, auctions, carve-out transactions, joint ventures and/or cross-border transactions. Strong drafting and negotiation skills including managing transactions teams are needed.
