Profile

ADP is hiring a n Implementation Manager to lead a Custom Integrations Team . In this position, you will lead a team of approximately 8-12 Interface Consultants to deliver quality Integration Solutions to Comprehensive Service clients. You will be responsible for ensuring client relationship/expectation management and the Project team's ability to deliver client requirements within project deadlines and budget. Reporting directly to the Integrations Director, this role is a key part of the Specialty Services organization and will be required to build relationships with other parts of Comprehensive Services and drives and supports best practice, continuous improvement, and standard work across the team.

The primary responsibility is to ensure the effective day-to day management of the Implementation organization within Comprehensive Services - Integration Services. The Integration Implementation Manager ensures that assigned Integration solution requests are implemented in a manner that they contribute to a successful overall client experience and associate experience. Ensures goals are met and resources are shared dynamically to meet internal and external business demands. Responsible for implementing initiatives and actions that will promote goal achievement and resource optimization. Provides continual communication and coordination of functional activities with other departments or Centers to ensure effective client and associate support.

As directed by the Director of Integration, drives associate engagement, retention, talent/career development and appropriate programs to support a virtual Implementation organization and promote a positive associate experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensures execution of an Implementation of Integration Solutions for a successful client experience. Manages all daily activities for an Implementation team, ensuring appropriate support is delivered in an effective and timely manner to both clients and associates. Leverages relationships and collaborates with other Implementation teams, Support teams and other Business Units, Finance and CPS to enhance the client experience.

Sales Partnership/Alignment : Works directly with large, geographically dispersed Sales Teams, department/team leaders and clients on escalated situations that require management level involvement, including issue resolution. Continually cultivates, develops and maintains positive business relationships with the Sales organization at all levels.

Talent Development/ Human Resources Management: Responsible for the human resource management activities including maintenance of proper staffing levels, resource optimization, dynamic load-sharing, employee relations, mentoring, talent/career development and rewards/recognition. Determines team and individual training requirements, by receiving feedback and suggestions from the associate, Technical Support and Training department. Ensures that timely and effective training is provided, both formal and on-the-job, to enhance the skill base of the team and overall department. Encourages, recognizes and rewards ongoing associate development. Uses coaching opportunities to further enhance the associate's performance. Prepares associates for growth opportunities.

Leadership : Leads, inspires and ensures appropriate associate ownership and accountability in a geographically-dispersed virtual matrix-managed organization. Establishes and attains clearly defined team and individual goals and objectives. Communicates all goals to associates through departmental meetings and individual performance planning sessions. Provides periodic performance feedback versus objectives and conducts annual performance reviews on all associates.

Metrics/ backlog performance focus : In partnership with other Implementation Managers, responsible for performance measures such as forecast, proactive risk assessment, backlog, no-starts, quality, weeks- to-start, associate engagement and retention and other metrics. Takes a proactive approach to backlog management to anticipate and mitigate issues and accurately assess, communicate and address trends.

External Client Facing Focus : Proactively contacts clients during implementation process to access their satisfaction and the team's ability to deliver comprehensive OneADP solutions. Monitors Implementation quality and productivity using established metrics. Participates in the analysis of client feedback to identify trends, strengths and opportunities. Identifies and implements changes to improve the overall client experience.

Performs other related duties as assigned : Includes participation in departmental or task force teams and councils that focus on developing and strengthening Smart Standards, strategic initiatives, acquisitions, stretch assignments and collaboration opportunities with other SBU's. In absence of Executive provides leadership, guidance and direction to team members.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

Interdependence and high collaboration with: a large and geographically dispersed group of Sales leaders and Sales associates, Finance, Training, Operations, Client Services and other business units. Closely aligned to all Implementation and Specialty Service Centers to ensure OneADP solution delivery.

A geographically dispersed group of 8 - 15 associates.

Key Metrics – Revenue forecast, Starts, Quality, No-Starts, Weeks-to-Start, backlog management, Client Retention, associate retention and engagement.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated strength in People Management, Project Management and Client Relationship Management

Client Focus: understands the perspective of the client (both internal and external) and takes actions to integrate their needs into our delivery, improving NPS and reducing implementation timelines

Accountability: sets high standards of performance for self and others for delivering results

Financial Business Acumen: Experience managing a book of business and takes bold action to strengthen the business results

Professional certification preferred, i.e., Project Management, Human Resource Management, Payroll or Employee Benefits

Problem Analysis/Resolution: critical thinker, gathers information necessary to make decisions, anticipates, identifies, resolves problems in a timely manner

Excellent communication and influencing skills

Strategic thinking, thought leadership, ability to drive strategic goals and execute upon them

Education :

Preferred Bachelor's degree

Preferred CPP or PHR.

Major Area of concentration is Business.

Experience:

3-5 Years of Directly Related Experience.

Preferred Related experience as a Tech Support or in a Senior Implementation or Service role.

Preferred Knowledge of ADP Products and value propositions.

Preferred Qualifications

3-5 Years of People’s leadership Experience.

2 years implementing or supporting Integration Solutions (API, EDI, ETL, SFTP, SSO, etc.)

Related experience as a Tech Support or in a Senior Implementation or Service role.

Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and/or other HCM Solutions in a Implementation / Support capacity
