Duties

• Appear in immigration courts for hearings and proceedings.
• Accompany clients to USCIS interviews.
• Represent clients in both non-detention and detained matters.
• Prepare and review case documents, coordinating with the central team.
• Report hearing outcomes to the central team promptly.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active bar license in the state.
• Experience with immigration court proceedings or USCIS interviews.
• Ability to manage own schedule and communicate effectively with remote staff.
• Reliable travel within the metro area for courthouse visits.
• Excellent writing and advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• Active bar license in the state

Skills

• Experience in immigration law (1+ year preferred).
• Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus).
• Familiarity with EOIR proceedings and USCIS interviews.
