The candidate will draft, edit, and maintain authoritative, accurate, up-to-date, market-leading, polished practical insights. Recruit, commission, manage, and edit content created by external authors and develop lasting author relationships. Regularly elicit and integrate customer feedback to create the most useful legal content, tools, and resources. Maintain awareness of practice area trends and news; think creatively about tools and solutions to evolve the product. Understand the value proposition of Practical Guidance; represent the content and practice area within the organization and externally. Participate in team initiatives and projects; support managers and other business partners (including Sales, Marketing, and Technical Product Managers) to drive success. Contribute to a respectful, diverse, inclusive, and psychologically safe work environment. J.D. (or LL.M. with excellent English writing skills) and one active U.S. Bar accreditation is required.. Should have 5+ years of relevant practice experience in corporate mergers & acquisitions.
