What You Will Do

As an Associate with St. Agnes Healthcare-MD, you will have the opportunity to

Administers office systems and services including vendor management, daily operations, voicemail systems, and clerical function. Supervises the daily activities of administrative and clerical support personnel in assigned areas. Responsibilities:

Identifies and implements systems to streamline and gain efficiencies in work processes.

Organizes and coordinates projects, conferences and other events.

Provides leadership, orientation, training, coaching and mentoring to staff. Responsible for performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.

Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.

What You Will Need


HS or Equivalent 

Required: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Preferred: Associate's degree in a related field

Work Experience:

Required: Three years of experience in medical front office or back office. Preferred: CPT/ICD-9 Coding experience and basic proficiency; billing and collections experience and/or course work. Knowledge of outpatient rehabilitation reimbursement practices and management of medical records in a hospital environment.
