Should have 2+ years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation. Should be licensed and in good standing with the state specific Bar. Spanish bilingual is preferred. Experience drafting and responding to motions are needed. Substantial knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence is needed.
