The candidate will be handling incoming calls and other communications. Managing filing system. Recording information as needed. Greeting clients and visitors as needed. Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing. Helping organize and maintain office common areas. Performing general office clerk duties and errands. Maintaining office equipment as needed. Aiding with client reception as needed. Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases. Associate’s degree is required. Bachelor's degree is required. Should have 1+ years of Customer service experience. Experience as an office assistant or in related field is required. Experience with office equipment: computers (windows & MacOs), multiline phone system, multifunction printer, shredder, document scanner, etc. is required. Spanish skills are required.
