Administrative Assistant Supervisor
The candidate will supervise Administrative Assistants and set day-to-day operational objectives for the team. Manage mail room issues and come up with effective solutions. Ensure policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports and clients. Answer team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance. Provide quality customer service, including interacting with clients, answering client inquires, and effectively handling client concerns/complaints. Train/Champion Admin Supervisors. Develop and implement admin assistant training materials. Lead monthly department wide trainings. Work with PSM to create and document processes. Monitor ServiceNow ticket trends at the department level to identify training needs. Provide additional support to PSL and PSM as needed. Make photocopies. Send faxes and scan documents. Retrieve and/or return files. Other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. Should have 1+ years of experience in Administrative Assistant Supervisor role and with the firm for 2+ years; or demonstrated ability to perform the functions of the position.
