The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on complex insurance coverage issues and counseling matters from the policyholder's perspective. This role involves providing expert legal advice, handling insurance recovery cases, and representing clients in various legal proceedings.

Duties:

• Manage complex insurance coverage litigation and counseling matters on behalf of policyholders.
• Provide legal advice on insurance recovery strategies and policy interpretations.
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case development and strategy.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to build and implement effective legal solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with developments in insurance law and industry trends affecting insurance recovery.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience with a focus on insurance coverage and recovery matters.
• Preferred experience with complex insurance coverage litigation and counseling from the policyholder's side.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and related legal issues.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
