Sophisticated law firm training is highly desired. An excellent academic record. Some experience in a public, nonprofit, or commercial in-house setting is preferred. 10+ years of relevant experience. Seek a highly versatile lawyer with excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of the general laws affecting institutions of higher education is also preferred.
