Duties:

  • Represent clients in formal ADR proceedings, focusing on mediation.

  • Learn and apply homeowner law under California’s Davis-Stirling Act.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand and empathize with their disputes.
  • Draft and review legal documents with exceptional writing skills.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet competing demands.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and upper management for mentoring and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation or real estate law.
  • Experience in administrative law, personal injury, or family law is advantageous.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in California.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a high-volume caseload.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Mature judgment and high emotional intelligence.
  • Practical approach to problem-solving and legal issue analysis.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
