We are now accepting applications for the Associate Director of Supply Chain (ADSC) Program!
TheAssociate Director of Supply Chain (ADSC) Programis a rigorous, two-year leadership development program that is designed to expose selected candidates to a wealth of challenging, hands-on, real life, learning experiences. The primary goal of this accelerated opportunity is to cultivate our candidates’ capacity to take on future Supply Chain leadership roles.
The ADSC Program offers you:

* Rotations at Hospital, Consolidated Service Center and Consolidated Distribution Centers
* Peer Mentoring
* Exposure to non-traditional areas (Operating Room, Trauma, Radiology, Cardiovascular, etc.
As a graduate of the ADSC Program, you will be able to:
Drive best practices and performance through execution of the healthcare industry’s leading Supply Chain Model.
Build leadership capabilities to maximize your personal leadership style
Serve in a Supply Chain Director Leadership role at a leading healthcare organization
Exemplify supply chain operational excellence.
Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain
1-2 years of experience in healthcare, logistics and/or finance preferred
Flexibility for occasional travel, and long work hours and weekends when needed.
Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and experienced in databases.

**Applicants will be notified the week of August 12th if they have been selected for an on-site interview. The interview process will include a 10-minute presentation for senior leadership.
