Duties: Manage, draft and negotiate global commercial agreements that comply with company policies and risk tolerance. Manage the drafting and negotiation of global commercial agreements that comply with company policies and risk tolerance. Apply practical knowledge of international public companies and related international entities as they relate to commercial agreements and company operations. Draft, negotiate and finalize a complex range of commercial agreements including to supply agreements, distributor agreements, IT, media and marketing agreements, license agreements, statements of work and related master service agreements including risk assessment pertaining to global consumer goods and international manufacturing. Manage day-to-day counseling of assigned business clients, both domestically and globally in contractual matters. Collaborate with others across the company cross functionally to advise on a range of commercial contractual matters. Handle legal issues relating to M&A activities, joint ventures, public companies, business combinations and corporate restructurings. Ability to pivot quickly with the business needs and be extremely responsive to clients and senior leadership.
