Ethics & Compliance Counsel
The candidate will with substantial oversight conducts internal investigations of potential violations of law or company policy. Will with substantial oversight manages and responds to all issues raised through the Global and Regional Ethics Hotlines. Develops live and online compliance training and communications. Develops, implements, manages and continuously improves internal controls designed to promote compliance with law and company policy. Identifies and mitigates compliance risks. With substantial oversight employees throughout company to understand ethics, compliance and legal responsibilities and obligations. Functional Knowledge. Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field. Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions. Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by functional policies. Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view. Should have Doctorate Degree. Must have 2-4 years of experience.
