Corporate Paralegal
The candidate will establish and maintain a worldwide legal entity management system, including managing record keeping and compliance of US and international corporate entities involving i) preparation of required filings, ii) formation and dissolution of entities, and iii) preparation and maintenance of corporate resolutions. Assist in drafting corporate documents and other general corporate work. Respond to periodic internal and external auditor requests. Assist with administrative matters related to bank account maintenance and tax filings. Assist with both routine matters and projects with cross-functional teams including Equity, Finance, Treasury, Tax, and Investor Relations. Support compliance with export control and current sanctions. Provide support with M&A and strategic investments. Work on other special projects. Responsibilities may change with time and expand based on abilities and interests.
