Maintain case management system by uploading all client documents. Keep clients informed on a regular basis by maintaining contact with client and communicating case progress. Support case preparation by preparing case summaries and materials for mediation conferences, preparing pleadings, etc. Monitor and obtain discovery responses. Request medical records from providers.
