Associate Counsel - Labor and Employment
The candidate will : Serve as a business partner, not just an attorney. Provides in-house legal counsel on labor and employment related matters, which may include, but are not limited to: human resources issues, employment disputes, interaction with labor and employment regulatory bodies, working conditions, work rules and employment contracts, social insurance, labor insurance, leave policies, and generally assist the company's Experience team. Act as an advisor to internal stakeholders in understanding and interpreting labor laws and regulations. Exercise sound judgement with an eye towards assessing the practical implications of legal risks. Ability to proactively propose innovative business solutions. Manage risk and ensure business and compliance needs are accurately reflected in all agreements. Respond promptly to a wide range of legal work and coordinate closely with legal department colleagues to ensure delivery of smart, practical and consistent advice on a variety of matters.
