The candidate will be responsible for directly contacting and communication with clients, preparing legal documents and pleadings for court, organizing client portfolios, analyzing production and discovery documents, and financial data. Obtaining legal documents. Assisting with preparing pleadings. Assisting with preparing discovery requests and responding to discovery requests. Conducting basic research. Assisting with the filing of legal documents. Assisting with the management of databases and files. Performing client relation responsibilities as assigned. Assisting with other essential functions, as assigned. Prior family law paralegal experience is required.
