We are currently accepting diversity scholarship applications from second-year law students interested in joining our 2024 Summer Associate Program. Scholarships are extended on a rolling basis, so candidates are encouraged to apply as soon as possible in accordance with applicable law school timing guidelines.
Applicants should be a member of a historically under represented group in the legal profession, including law students who are racial/ethnic minorities, LGBTQ , and/or are differently abled, and have a record of excellent academic credentials and demonstrated leadership abilities and interpersonal skills.
To apply for the Diversity Scholarship, submit the application form along with your resume, law school transcript and a brief personal statement (500 words or less) discussing your qualifications and answering one (or more) of these prompts:
Tell us about yourself.
Tell us about a challenge you have faced, how you overcame it, and how you grew from the experience. Note the challenge does not need to be related to your identification as a diverse individual.
What does DEI mean to you?
What are the obstacles to achieving greater DEI in law schools or more broadly in the legal profession, and how might those be overcome?
Your completed scholarship application will also serve as your application to our 2024 Summer Associate Program; you do not need to submit a separate general application for our 2024 Summer Associate Program.
Please submit only one application to your preferred office. Duplicate applications for multiple offices will not be accepted.
