The candidate should have 5 years of experience in handling and managing complex litigation cases. Must be proficient in document drafting and experienced in both State and Federal Court procedures and electronic filings. Trial preparation skills and experience needed. should have Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate. Knowledge of both State and Federal Court procedures, and electronic filings is required. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. should have strong organizational skills and attention to detail required to handle large volumes of work associated with each case and transaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is needed. Knowledge of Interwoven/FileSite or comparable document sharing software is required. Must have Knowledge of Elite or similar time-keeping software.
