Employment Law Counsel
The candidate will be expected to perform all the duties of a traditional law firm attorney, with an emphasis on the ability to act as lead attorney in employment litigation matters. Will include, performing legal research, drafting of legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings, attending court conferences, handling discovery-related activities and investigations, drafting of position statements and dispositive motions, and counseling clients on employment-law-related matters.
