Corporate M&A Associate - Houston
The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience, have strong academic credentials, and significant experience in private or public mergers and acquisitions, asset sales and/or joint ventures at a nationally recognized law firm. Candidates should be capable of acting as the lead associate on M&A transactions, managing all aspects of a transaction and have experience drafting transaction agreements such as merger agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements and joint venture agreements (LLC and LP agreements). Candidates should be team players with strong interpersonal skills who are willing to take on substantial roles in project management and are comfortable with client interaction.
