Associate General Counsel
The candidate will advise both sales-side and supply-side business units on risk calibration. Provide interpretations and recommendations of contracts, statutes, etc. to management and other staff. Plan and implement internal policies and procedures. Negotiate or oversee negotiation of supply side and sales side contracts. Assist with corporate governance and maintenance. Work closely with sales and finance. Ability to develop legal strategy and objectives. Strong moral and ethical principles. Excellent judgment and analytical skills. JD and bar admission in good standing. 5-8 years’ experience, combination in-house and firm ideal but open to other profiles. Some litigation experience and excellent commercial judgment required. Hard IP, international trade, or construction experience: a significant plus.
