The candidate will join personal injury firm. Will open new cases digitally and physically; Ensure medical records are ordered; Assist clients with medical scheduling; Calendar deadlines and important dates; E-File documents; Assist in discovery; Draft correspondence; Assist with discovery; Assist with litigation event scheduling; Assist with litigation event preparation (depositions; hearings; mediation; trial); Organize and maintain legal files; Assist with office administration; Assist with potential client intake; Client communication and interaction to help answer questions and convey information about the case; Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate required; 1-3 years of paralegal experience a plus; Bilingual is a plus but not required; Capable of working in a fast paced environment; Great on the phone; Excellent written and verbal skills; Ability to think logically; Outgoing and looking forward to working as part of a team; Very organized, with high attention to detail; Reliable transportation; Trustworthy, exercising confidentiality in all situations; Dedication and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Strong multi-tasking skills; Must be able to lift 25 lbs; Great attitude and energetic.
