The candidate will maintain key corporate documents and records through the global subsidiary management database hCue (by CT Corp.). Prepare officer certificates, incumbency certificates, etc. as required. Support internal clients with Know Your Customer (“KYC”) requests. Manage Service of Process notices relating to bankruptcies, subpoenas, wage garnishments, and, other litigation matters. Process settlement requests. Matter creation and management in enterprise legal management system, CounselLink. Law firm setup and supplier creation in the financial system. Handle various ad hoc requests from Legal Business Partners & internal clients as assigned. Liaise with senior managers and executives.
