Legal Intern - USCIS

The candidate will participate in all aspects of our cases, including assisting in the management of client relationships, case review, analysis, preparation and filing of applications and petitions. Prepare immigration applications for filing with USCIS, including I-130, I-485, N-400, VAWA, I-290B, etc.. Prepare forms, letters, documents, and correspondence for attorney review. Maintain extensive communication with clients to provide case status and outstanding customer service. Prepare clients for USCIS interviews. Oversee status of cases through utilization of case management systems, including CLIO and Airtable. Make regular updates to the case management systems, including client information, case tracking information, and client communications. Complete assignments and communicate case status to the Legal Supervisor. Demonstrate strategic thinking and initiative concerning case assignments. High school diploma / GED or higher degree is required. Should have 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office. Spanish skills are preferred.
