The candidate will support the pharmacy licensing and Medicare and Medicaid enrollment work in the Health Law Practice Group. Will assist with completion of applications related to state and federal licensure for healthcare entities to include communicating with Departments of Health, Boards of Pharmacy, Medicare, and Medicaid fee for service programs. Assist in attorney preparation for administrative hearings. Compile, analyze and summarize statutes and regulations. Maintain research database.
