Assistant/associate Professor

The candidate will be responsible to teach courses in areas of interest and expertise, subject to the needs of the Law School. Conduct scholarly research, publication, and related scholarly activities. Provide service to the Law School, University, profession, and community. Juris Doctor is required. Outstanding teaching ability is required. Outstanding scholarly potential is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. A strong record of scholarly publications is preferred. Teaching experience is preferred. Substantial experience in the practice of law or a graduate degree in another field is preferred.
